Breathe, Said Sky Tea Blend

Ingredients: Hyssop, Marshmallow Leaf, Mullein, Oregano, Sage, Spearmint, Thyme, Yerba Santa

Size: 2 ounce bag

This medicine is: a lung-loving loose tea blend promoting deep breaths, toxin release, immune stimulation, and lung tissue repair. Provides relief and protection during fire season (for the Californians out there). Includes biodegradable disposable tea bags.

Suggested Dosage: Brew 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water. Cover and steep for at least 15 minutes. Add honey if desired.
